Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes1 Tbsp corn starch2 Tbsp dried rosemary1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Rinse and quarter potatoes,making sure pieces are fairly uniform, about 1 inch thick. Place potatoes in large, zip top bag with all ingredients except oil. Transfer potatoes to large baking pan, and spread into single layer. Drizzle oil over potatoes and bake 30 minutes, turning once after 15. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
