Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
2lbs cooked and cleaned shrimp (Medium Size) 2 Medium Cucumbers, peeled cut into bite size chunks2 large Avocados (Hass) peeled, pitted and cut into chunks,1/4 cup Cilantro (Fresh) chopped1 small jar of chunky salsa (Safeway’s Brand Southwestern style is what I use) 1 cup of Ketchup3-6 dashes of Tampico hot sauce (depending how spicy you want it).Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Directions
Stir all ingredients together and serve
Can be eaten alone or
Tostitos scoop tortilla chips
or on a tostada shell.

This is a nice refreshing dinner on a hot summer night.
But I have also made it for a potluck, or as a side dish.
