3/4 C. cider vinegar1/2 C. Heinz ketchup1/4 C. worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic, minced1/4 C. chili sauce2 T. onion, chopped1 T. brown sugar1 t. lemon juice1/2 t. dry mustarddash of cayenne pepper
Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes.
Divide into basting and serving containers. Use as a basting sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking. DON'T REUSE BASTING SAUCE!
