Vegan Maple Grove Multigrain Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c. Maple Grove Farms Organics Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix1.5 c. original flavor almond milk2 tbsp. egg replacer (+6 tbsp water)1 tbsp. vegetable oil (I use Smart Balance cooking oil)Makes 6 really big, fluffy pancakes. Would make 8 regular, normal-sized pancakes.
Directions
Mix all ingredients according to package directions, replacing egg with Bob's egg replacer (or other similar product), and milk with nut milk of your choice (I used almond milk). Pour 'em on the griddle, about 3-5 minutes per side (depending on your griddle), flip 'em onto a plate and pour on the syrup! Yum!
