BBQ Beef Sandwiches

3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast1/4 cup ketchup2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 tablespoon dijon mustard1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic, crushed1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp liquid smoke1/8 tsp black pepper10-12 french rolls
Place beef in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl; pour over meat. Cover; cook on low 8-9 hours.
Remove beef from crock pot slow cooker; shred with 2 forks.
Combine beef with 1 cup sauce from crockbop slow cooker. Evenly distribute meat and sauce mixtrue among warmed rolls.
To reduce the amount of fat, trim and discard excess fat from the meat or choose a leaner cut.
