Crustless Low Carb Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1 box frozen spinach4 whole eggs6 oz. Cabot 50% Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 cup plain unsweetened soy or Original Almond Milk2 tbsp dehydrated onion flakessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Thaw spinach and squeeze water out. Beat eggs and milk, add onions, salt, pepper, spinach and cheese. Spray a pie plate with nonstick spray and pour in pie plate. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
