Guacamole

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados (just starting to get soft)1 clove garlic3 tbsp hot salsa2 tbsp sour cream (recipe uses yoso sour cream alternative)Lime juice - about 2 limes or 2.5 tbsp juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
scoop out the avocado and remove pit. Mash avocado in a bowl and mix in other ingredients. Mix to desired consistancy (some people like it chunkier than others)

Tastes best if you can refridgerate it for a couple hours or even over night.

Enjoy on tacos, or with corn chips. Also great on burgers or my personal fav - in salad with some added salsa and this can sub for a dressing on a taco salad.
