Easy Pita Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Toufayan Whole Wheat Pita bread 4 tbsp Guacamole (or plain adocado)1 red tomato, diced1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts4 ounces shredded Boar's Head turkey breast(optional) 2 tbsp Ken's Steakhouse lite ranch dressing
Directions
Wash & dice the tomato.
Rinse and dry alfalfa sprouts
Open guacamole package (or cut to suit your taste an avocado)

Cut pita bread in half and warm in microwave for 10-15 seconds. Open bread carefully to show the "pocket". Spread guacamole evenly inside of both halves of the bread. Put turkey, alfalfa sprouts and tomato inside pita. Lightly drizzle dressing on top.

You're done! Filling and yummy.
