Vegetarian Taco Casserole

1 package low fat crescent rolls2 packages Morningstar Farms or Boca crumbles1 package taco seasoning (recommend Ortega's chipolte flavored seasoning)1 bottle taco sauceHalf a cup of low fat sour cream.1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese1 cup 2% cheddar cheese8 oz crushed tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Warm vegetable crumbles in a skillet.
Add taco seasoning and taco sauce to it.
Spray a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick spray and line it with crescent rolls laid flat.
Spread boca mixture over rolls.
Spread on sour cream.
Sprinkle on cheeses.
Sprinkle crushed chips over top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
