Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
3 oz Chicken Breast, shredded1 Tortilla (la-tortilla factory - low carb tortillas)1 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese1 Tbs. Old El-Paso taco sauce1 Tbs. chopped scallions
Directions
on half of the tortilla, layer sauce, then chicken breast, then cheese, then scallions. Fold over tortilla and bake 7 min or until cheese is melted and tortilla slightly toasted. Cut in half and enjoy!
