Slow Cooker Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
1 medium onion, sliced1 green pepper, sliced1 1/4 lb beef tenderloin, trimmed and sliced thin2 t minced garlic1 t steak sauce1/2 t ground black pepper1/2 c low-sodium beef broth4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Place the sliced onions and green peppers in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Lay the beef slices on top of the vegetables.

Whisk together the minced garlic, steak sauce, beef broth and pepper.

Pour over steak slices. Cover.

Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to broil. Slice rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through. Place steak, green peppers and onions on half of each roll. Top with shredded cheese. Broil two minutes or just until the cheese is melted and the roll is lightly toasted.
