Taco Pasta Salad - Light

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked spiral pasta1 pound lean ground beef1 package taco seasoning2 cups halved cherry tomatoes1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup lite Catalina salad dressingTortilla chips - optional (not included in calories)
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile in skillet cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning; cool

Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; stir into meat mixture. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and dressing; toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips.
