Crispy Cube Steak

Ingredients
2.36 lb. beef top sirloin (cube steak)1 cup southwestern egg beaters1 cup fryin magic seasoned coating mix
Directions
pound out cube steak as thin as possible and dip in egg beaters followed by coating mix. Fry until crispy and done. When frying, I always coat my pan generously with Pam cooking spray then I use 1 tsp. of olive oil mixed with Parkay butter spray.
