Asian Chicken & Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 can madarine oranges undrained1 tsp ground ginger2 cups uncooked brown instan rice1/2 c light asian sesame dressing1/2 c sliced Green onions1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnus1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Directions
Drain oranges reserving liquid add enough water to make 2 cups stir in ginger
Prepare rice as directed on package, using 2 cups of orange liquid for water
sautee 1 lb chicken breast chopped in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray unitl lightly browned
Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through, stir in rice and serve. Or refrigerate for several hours and serve chilled or in lettuce roll ups.
