Spinach Pasta w/Veggies & Sausage in Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
1 Package Dry Spinach Fettucine1 Package Jennie-O Hot Turkey Sausage, chopped8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced1 each red, yellow, green peppers, coarsely chopped1 bunch fresh asparagus chopped in 1" pieces6 fl. oz. red winesalt/peper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in deep skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat until no pink remains. Drain fat. Add all vegetables, red wine, and desired amount of salt and pepper to taste. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 10 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
Serve vegetable mixture over pasta, and enjoy!
