Ingredients
3 Ripe Bananas2 Cups Rolled Oats1 Cup Raisins1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat ove to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, raisins, oil, and vanilla. Mix well

Let sit for 15 min

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet

Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly brown

    I made these, but added cinnamon, almonds, a little honey to help sweeten them up without sugar, and just a handful of mini dark chocolate chips. They turned out pretty well for not having sugar. - 12/5/09
