Shrimp and Basil Salad

Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce1 cup fresh basil leavesjuice of 1 lemon2 tsp extra virgin olive oilsea salt (to taste)garlic minced (to taste)fresh ground black pepper (to taste)6 oz frozen or fresh cooked shrimp with heads and shells removed
Directions
If using frozen shrimp, thaw by placing in cold water, and drain. Assemble the lettuce and basil. Drizzle on the 2 tsp of olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, garlic and shrimp. Toss and enjoy.

Serves 1, but can easily be adjusted for any number of people.
