Simple Breaded Cube Steak

Ingredients
1 Egg1/2 cup Dry Bread Cumbs1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 pound Cubed Steakpepper, to tastesalt, to taste1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions
1. Whisk egg in a shallow dish. Combine breadcrumbs & grated cheese in another shallow dish. Season steak with salt and pepper. Dip each piece into the egg, allowing excess to drip off into the dish, then dip in the breadcrumb mixture and turn to coat.
2. Heat Olive Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks and cook until golden brown on the first side, about 3 minutes. Turn the steaks over, & cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Transfer to a plate; tent with foil to keep warm.
Makes 4 Servings.
