English Muffin Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded1/2 cup spaghetti sauce2 Multigrain Light English Muffins.Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (pillow pak)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Directions
Fork split your english muffin. Evenly scoop the sauce onto each half (in this recipe you have four halves). Sprinkle cheese onto each muffin half and then place your topping on top. (Some folks may choose to put toppings and then cheese to ensure that the toppings don't fall off...this is completely fine)

Pop your pizzas in the oven for 5-10 minutes. You may just want to melt the cheese or you may want to get a nice crispy "crust". Enjoy!
