Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 cup soft fresh bread crumbs (2 slices in food processor)1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese3 tbsp minced parsley1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 cup butter, melted1 lb boneless chicken strips
Directions
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt & pepper. Placed melted butter in bowl. Dip chicken strips into butter, then roll pieces in crumb mixture and put into buttered baking dish. Pour remaining butter evenly over chicken and bake, uncovered, at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until brown.

    I used cornflake crumbs instead of bread crumbs. I think if I turn the breast half through they might have more crusty on the bottom side. I cooked them on a rack. - 5/3/19
