turkey barbecue sandwiches

Ingredients
1 small onion, thinly sliced1 cup thinly sliced cabbage1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar1 Lb. cooked turkey meat, cut into strips1/4 Cup chicken broth2/3 Cup barbecue sauce4 hamburger buns
Directions
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and set to the side for about 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

In a medium pan pour the broth and barbecue sauce, stir, add the turkey. Cook over medium heat and heat for 5 minutes. Stir often.

Cover the buns with turkey mixture and then the cabbage mixture.
