Apple treat

Ingredients
1/2 cup white flour1/4 cup wheat flour1/2 cup oatmeal5 tbsp I can't believe its not butter1 tsp vanilla1 egg1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 small apples sliced2 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for apples and almonds. Spread in a 9" round cake pan or spring loaded cheese cake pan. Slice apples and make in two circles on the bread. sprinkle almonds near the center. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
