Corn Fritters

Ingredients
1 pouch (6.5 ounces) cornbread mix1.5 cups left over corn1 large egg0.5 cup milk1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine cornbread mix, corn, egg and milk. Let mixtures stand 5 minutes. Pour the oil into a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat. Drop heaping tablesppon of butter into hot oil. Cook 1 to 1/2 minutes on each side. Flatten with spatula after turning. Serve warm or at room temperature with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Also taste good plain!
