Fish - Captain's Casserole - Half Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 Can Mushroom Soup1/4 Cup Milk1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)2/3 Cup MINUTE Rice1/4 tsp Oregano1/8 tsp Pepper1/2 (15 oz) Can Tomatoes (drained)1/2 Cup Water + 1/4 Cup juice from Tomatoes1/4 Onion (about 1/2 Cup), thinly sliced1 Can Tuna (drained)1/8 Cup (about 6) Stuffed Olives (sliced)1 oz Potato Chips, crumbled
Directions
Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
Combine rice, oregano and pepper in a greased 1.5 quart shallow baking dish.
Drain Tomatoes reserving 1/4 Cup juice.
Mix water and juice and stir into rice.
Slice tomatoes and arrange most over the rice.
Layer onion on top of tomatoes, then tuna and finally olives.
Pour sauce over casserole.
Sprinkle with chips.
Arrange remaining tomatoes on top.

Bake: UNCOVERED 375 for 25 Minutes.
