16 oz ribeye steak (or any good steak for kabobs)1 pineapple (didn't use whole pineapple1/3 cup tamari1/3 cup olive oil1 clove or tsp garlic powderpepper to taste
In a large container (preferable with a lid), mix together the soy sauce, olive oil and garlic and a substantial amount of pepper. this is your marinade.
Cube steak into 1" cubes and toss into marinade. Leave to marinate for 1 hour or as long as 24 hours
cut pineapple into cubes
Toss pineapple with a little olive oil
thread steak and pineapple, alternating between the two onto skewers.
Grill on BBQ for 10-15 mins or till your desired doneness
