Japanese Style Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients
1 large English cucumber1 T red peppler flakes12 t hoisin sauce1 T agave nectar1/2 c rice vinegar1/4 t chili sauce1 T sesame seeds1 t sesame oil1 T salt
Directions
Slice cucumber into thin rounds. cover with 1 T salt and let sit for 20 minutes.

Rinse salt off. add rest of ingredients and chill.
