Lighter Sandwich Buns

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup fat free milk3 3/4 cup bread flour1 beaten egg2 tbsp Country Crock with Vitamins spread1/4 cup white sugar1 tsp salt4 tsp vital wheat gluten1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
-Place ingredients in pan of breadmaker according to manufacturer's instructions. Set machine for dough cycle.
-When cycle is complete, turn dough out onto floured surface, roll to 3/4 inch thickness and cut with a large (3-4 inch mouthed) glass or cutter.
-Place on ongreased cookie sheet, brush with butter and cover. Allow to rise in warm place until doubled (about one hour).
-Preheat oven to 350F.
-Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until tops are slightly brown, makes 15 servings.
