Healthy Whole Wheat Lasagna

Ingredients
Zucchini, baby, 1 large - cut upRed, Green and Yellow Bell Peppers - dicedCottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cups (one small container)Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce, one jarMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 250 grams - grated (half a block)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean - 1 lb thawed and cookedWhole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, half a box or 12 noodles
Directions
Thaw 1 lb of lean ground turkey (or chicken) and brown in frying pan
Dice bell peppers, zuccchini and onion and add to cooked turkey
Add one jar of pasta sauce and stir until heated
Put 1/4 of mixture at bottom of greased casserole dish
Lay 4 noodles ontop side-by-side
Put another 1/4 of mixture ontop of noodles, and add a thin layer of cottage cheese/grated cheddar ontop
Lay 4 noodles ontop side-by-side and repeat this pattern until everything is gone.
Top with cheese and can also add parmesean

Bake at 400 for 45 mins covered with tin foil, then remove foil for last 10 mins until slightly browned ontop
Serves approx. 12 ppl
