peanut butter, rice crispies, honey, dates, peanuts, flax seed meal.
Directions
mix dry ingredients, mix honey and peanut butter separate, heat if you need to. mix all together and press into an 8x8 pan. cut into 12 bars. wrap individually and keep in fridge
