Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 tbsp extra light olive oil, divided1 c chopped onion1 lb boneless pork chops, trimmed1 can Campbell's fat free Cream of Mushroom soup1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup1 c fat free milk
Directions
-Brown onion in large saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil.
-Add pork chops (avg 3 oz/svg) & remaining olive oil; brown on each side
-Mix remaining ingredients & bring to simmer
-Cook, covered, on low for 30 minutes
-Goes well w/brown rice as a side dish
