Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients
You will need 1 pound chicken breast no skin1 can chipotle peppers 1 small onionlettuce reduced fat shredded cheese1 pack baked or whole wheat tostadaslow fat sour cream1 can refried black beans
Directions
First you will put the chicken breast to boil until tender
once it is soft and you let it cool a little bit you shredded into small pieces.
you will put oil in a pan add the onion sliced into thin circles once that's hot you add the shredded chicken.
You add your chipotle sauce which you liquify in the blender add a couple of peppers into the blender you can taste it to have it spicy to your taste add water small piece of garlic,onion, salt
once your sauce is ready you add it to your chicken make sure you bring it to a boil and its cooked.
you get a tostada add beans,chicken,lettuce,cheese,sour cream and they are ready to serve, they are so delicious!enjoy!
