Ingredients
3 frozen strawberries1 frozen banana50g low fat yoghurt3/4 cup low fat milk2 tsp honey1 Tbsp almond butter** 1 cup spinach (optional)
Directions
Just throw all the ingredients in the blender!
Delicious and fast.

I also like to add spinach or something green for more energy :)
