Ingredients
beef broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Greenbeans - fresh, 0.75 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Butter, unsalted, 5 tbsp
Directions
saute onions in butter until soft. Add beef broth and vegetables. Cook for 30-40 mins...Enjoy!
