Native Foods' Thai Tempeh Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/4 c soy sauce1/4 c lime juice1/4 c maple syrup1 tsp ginger2 cloves garlic1/4 tsp crushed red chillies1/4 c olive oil4 c moyashi (bean sprouts)8 oz West Soy 5 grain tempeh1 cut bell pepper1 bunch green onions1 cup chopped green cabbageOptional to add at end (not included in calculations):cilantropeanutscoconut
Directions
In small bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, and chilies. Heat oil and saute tempeh cubes until golden brown. Add bell peppers and saute another 1-2 minutes. Pour soy sauce mixture over and stir-fry until liquid is reduced to half. Add green onions, bean sprouts, and cabbage and toss well. Garnish with cilantro, peanuts, and coconut.
