Healthy Garlic Shrimp Over Pasta

Ingredients
1 box (16 oz.) multigrain spaghetti2 T. Olive oil2 pounds of shrimp cleaned and deveined1/2 c. onion, chopped3 large cloves of garlic1/2 cup chicken broth1 c. white wine2 c. halved cherry or grape tomatoes4 c. fresh spinach1 t. red pepper flakes1 t. saltdash of pepper2 T. butter
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add fresh spinach and tomatoes to spaghetti. Cover to keep warm. While spaghetti is cooking, in a large skillet add 2 T. Olive oil and onion. Cook onion for 2 minutes or until slightly clear. Add shrimp and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth, wine, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and continue to cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Pour contents of skillet over pasta and vegetables. Serve.
