Ingredients
1 Graham Cracker (Low Fat)1 Jello Pudding Cup - Fat Free Sugar Free (any flavor - I use Dulce de Leche or Caramel)2 Tbsp Cool Whip Lite
Directions
Put one graham cracker in a bowl, top with pudding cup mixed with whipped cream. Cover with wrap and set in fridge for atleast 30 minutes.

Uncover and Enjoy!

    I made this for my father and grandmother who are diabetic, I used Nilla Wafers Reduced Fat and Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding with Cool Whip Free and it was great! I made it in a bread pan and froze it, then cut it into squares! Everyone really loved it. - 9/12/07
