Roasted potatoes w/parmesan

Ingredients
16 sm red potatoes-- 1/4ed1/2 c diced red onion In a sealable bag-- add2 tbl flour1/2 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp red pepper flacks1/2 tsp pepper & salt2 tbl grated parm cheeseput 1 Tbl oil in a sheet pan , coat bottom &sides with oil. Spread onions across bottum. Put cut potatoes in bag with dry-mix,shake well to coat all poatoes well. Place potatoes onto of oinons. Spray top of potaotes well with a cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30min toss potatoes & onions well and SPRIKLE WITH 2 TBL PARM CHEESE......cont for another 30 min turning 1 more time. Serv aprx 4 good size servings

    I make this same thing, except it has about 270 calories per serving. A bit high for a side, but it's better than fries. Perhaps you made a mistake in the calculator? - 9/16/10
