9 medium potatoes diced and boiled or boiled then diced6 boiled eggs diced2 medium stalks celery diced1/2 cup onion diced1 cup light sour cream1/3 cup hellmans low fat mayo (15 cal per tbsp)1/2 cup hormel bacon crumbles1 cup cheddar cheese1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste2 teaspoons yellow mustard1/4 cup lite ranch dressing
Directions
mix all together and sprinkle top with cheddar and bacon crumbles
