Smoked Sausage with Peppers and Onions over rice

1 Pkg Eckrich - Skinless Smoked Turkey Sausage1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced1 Onion Sliced1 Bag Success Whole Grain Rice 1 TBSP worcestershire sauce2 green onions chopped1 cup low sodium chicken broth
Slice sausage and brown in nonstick skillet. Remove from pan.
Cook onions and peppers in sausage drippings (add a little canola oil if needed - not considered in nutrition info) until soft. Add sausage back in.
Meanwhile, put rice, chicken broth, worcestershire sauce and green onions in sauce pan. Heat to boiling then reduce heat and cover 10 minutes.
Serve Sausage and veggies over rice.
Makes 4 servings.
