Grilled BBQ chicken

Ingredients
1 whole roasting chicken2 cups of BBQ sauce (divided)1 tbsp Mr. Dash1 tbsp garlic salt1 tbsp pepper
Directions
Combine Mr. Dash, garlic salt and pepper. set aside
Cut the backbone out of the chicken, so that it lays flat. Also cut out the breast bone, again so the chicken will lay flat on the grill.
Take combined seasonings and rub under the skin of the chicken. Once cover apply 1 cup of BBQ sauce and rub under the skin.
Grill on charcoal grill for about 20 minutes on each side of the chicken. Add remaining cup of BBQ sauce as needed while grilling.
