Key West Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
3 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp lime juice1 tsp chopped fresh garlic4 skinless boneless breast HALVES
Directions
1. In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Put chicken on foil covered pan for 25 minutes with the extra marinade drizzled on top.

    Great! I didn't have any garlic, so I substituted 1t of Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic dip/spice mix. Additionally, I added 1t of the Fiesta Party Dip mix. It was one of the best dinners we have had in a long time! I highly recommend this marinade! - 7/3/12
