English Muffin Bread-White Whole Wheat

Ingredients
2 cups non-fat milk1/2 cup warm water 2 pkgs. active dry yeast5.5 cups White Whole Wheat flour1 Tbls. sugar2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Dissolve yeast into water. Mix in large mixer using a bread hook, 1 cup flour and all other ingredients. Mix well, add remaining flour and mix for 2 minutes. Dough will be sticky. Divide dough in two equal parts and place in greased 81/2 X 41/2 loaf pans. Let rise until doubled (about 45 minutes) Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves 16 servings per loaf.
