Black beans and brown rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice2 1/4 cup water3 vegetable broth cubes2 tbsp. minced dried onion2 tsp. minced garlic1 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes1 tsp. dried cilantro1 15 oz can black beans
Directions
Mix all ingredients except beans in a pot. Cook on high until boiling then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is tender and has absorbed all liquid. Add black beans and heat through.
