You don't need oil to brown ground beef. It has enough fat in it already. - 4/19/10

This is one of my sons favorite dishes. However, I use 1 lb of 93% Fat Free ground beef and 1 lb of ground chicken. I also use 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of tomato paste in place of one of the cans of sauce. To sneak in more vegetables, I also add sauteed mushrooms and onions to the sauce. - 9/13/09

Very good but a little high in calories. I can never limit myself to just 1 cup. - 1/27/08

THIS is Great. Its GOOD OLE' FASHIONED CHILLI MACARONI
Serve with peaches, mixed salad, baby carrots, & a slice of bread if you have enough calories.

Makes Great Lunch Left Over's . Inexpensive, and quick

PS> I used1 Jar of regular Spaghetti Sauce, instead of the 2 cans of Tomatoe Sauce - 1/26/08
