1# lean ground turkey or lean ground beef1 cup chopped onions2-10 oz cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup sliced mushrooms0.5 tsp black pepper4 cups cooked noodles0.5 cup reduced fat sour cream1 tsp parsley
1) Brown meat and onion.
2) Add soup, mushrooms, pepper, and noodles and mix well.
3) Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
4) Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and parsley.
