1/4 cup fresh cilantro8 cups chopped tomatoes2 1/2 cups onions, chopped2 medium peaches, chopped2 mangoes, chopped1 1/2 cups bell peppers, chopped1 cup jalapenos, chopped6 garlic cloves2 tsp. cumin2 tsp black pepper2 tbsp. sea salt1/3 cup cider vinegar1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 12 oz. can tomato pastejuice of 1 lime1 15 oz. can black beans
chop vegetables and add all ingredients to pot except cilantro and cook for about 15 minutes. Then place in jars and boil for another 10 minutes to seal.
