Ingredients
Approx 15 oz of port tenderloin1 yellow pepper1 green pepper1 red pepper1 medium onion1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp black pepper1 tsp salt12 flour tortillas1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Remove fat from tenderloin and cut into 2 inch strips
Clean peppers and cut into strips
Cut onion into strips
Place olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add tenderloin, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. cook about 20 minutes stiring meat occasionally.
Add onion and pepper slices an continue to cook approx. 10 minutes.
Add cheese to melt over above ingredients.
Serve immediately on individual tortilla shells.
