Three Bean Lean Chili

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef 93/71 Can Black Beans, Drained2 Cans Pinto Beans, Drained1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, Drained2 Cans Diced Tomatoes (do NOT drain)1 Cup Onion, diced1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced1 Cup Salsa2 Tbs. Chili Powder1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
Break up ground beef, put in large dutch oven pot. Add in the onions and green peppers, cook till done.
Drain ground beef. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer on low heat for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve alone or add low fat cheddar cheese and fat free sour cream.
Makes 8 servings, approximately 1.33 cups per serving.
