Healthier Italian Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb stew meat1 tbs flour1/8 tsp pepper3 cups low sodium beef broth2 (14 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes3 cloves garlic minced1/2 onion choppedBaby carrots (recipe is based on 15)8 oz frozen cut green beans (thawed)8 oz small shell pasta cooked
Directions
Toss meat with flour and pepper in the bottom of the crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients except the pasta and green beans.
Cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
Stir in green beans and cooked pasta and turn up to high, cover and cook 8-12 more minutes.

Nutritional information is based on 13, 1 cup servings for ease of calculations. My family usually eats 1.5 cups servings and garnishes with parmesan cheese.
