Spaghetti meat Sauce

Half Large Onion - chopped1 lb Laura's Lean Beef (4% fat)1 can crushed tomatoes (15oz can)1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz can)4 tbls tomato paste3 oz Red Wine2 tbls grape jelly2 tbls fresh basil chopped2 tbls minced garlic2 tbls olive oil or butterparsley, salt, and thyme to taste
Turn skillet on medium
Add butter or olive oil
Add onion and cook for about 5 minutes
Add ground beef and cook until meat is done
Add Red Wine and let it cook off for about 2 minutes
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes
Turn temp to low and let cook for about 2-3 hours for taste to mature
